Refund policy

1. Applicability of Policy

By accessing or using the Brume exchange and return portal and/or by placing an order on https://brume.in, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not transact on the Website.

Please note, this policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our current practices.

 

2. Exchange & Return Window

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal: [Insert Returns Portal Link]

Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours. In case pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

All returned items undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC) process. If approved, your return/exchange will be processed accordingly.

 

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The product does not fit

  • The item or packaging arrived damaged

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing flaw

  • A part or accessory is missing

Mandatory Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • No stains, perfume, damage, or tampering

  • Must be returned as a full set if sold as a combo or bundle

  • Return must be initiated under the same order it was purchased

  • Proof of defect must be verifiable if the product has been altered

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

4. Exchange Fulfillment

Exchange deliveries are typically completed within 7–10 working days from the date of pickup.

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An exchange for a different product of similar value

  • A gift card/credit note valid for use on your next online or offline purchase

5. Refunds

All refunds are processed as credit notes once the returned item passes Quality Check. These notes:

  • Will be sent via email to your registered address

  • Can be used within 3 months on https://brume.in

  • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

  • COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • In rare cases, a refund may be issued as a gift card, valid for 3 months.

7. Product Issues Within 30 Days

If you notice issues such as color bleeding, print cracking, or finishing flaws, report them within 30 days of delivery. If verified, we will arrange for a pickup and offer a resolution. Requests received after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Blind Box Policy (if applicable)

All Blind Box orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Products are random, and duplicates may occur. Please order only if you accept these conditions.

9. Sale Day Policy

Orders placed during site-wide sales or flash sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed for these purchases. Such orders will be prioritized for dispatch.
