1. Applicability of Policy
By accessing or using www.brume.in (“Website”) and initiating a return, exchange, or refund request, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.
Brume reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically before initiating any request.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours (subject to service availability).
Note: Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you may be required to self-ship the product.
3. Conditions for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product does not fit
- The product or packaging is damaged upon arrival
- The product is defective
- Items or accessories are missing
Mandatory Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- No stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear
- Product must match the original order records
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set
Brume reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Quality Check (QC)
- All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse.
- Only after approval will the return/exchange be processed.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after pickup.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable:
- You may choose an alternate product, or
- A store credit will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
- All refunds are processed as store credit (credit note).
- Credit notes:
- Will be sent to your registered email

- Are non-refundable and non-transferable
Note:
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
- Refunds to original payment method are not applicable unless explicitly stated
7. Order Cancellation
- COD Orders: Can be canceled only before dispatch
- Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled once placed
8. Product Issues (Within 30 Days)
If you receive a product with issues such as:
- Color bleeding
- Print defects
- Stitching or finishing defects
Please report within 30 days of delivery with images.
If verified, we will arrange a resolution.
Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
- Customized or personalized products
- Blind Box items
10. Blind Box Policy (if applicable)
All Blind Box purchases are final sale:
- Products are random
- Duplicate items may occur
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted
