Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Finalization: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Kindly review your cart and shipping information before completing checkout.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after your purchase. If not received within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Product Availability & Refunds

  • On rare occasions, due to high demand, certain items may become unavailable even after your order is confirmed.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • All orders are subject to security checks and may be canceled at our discretion to prevent fraud or abuse.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package anytime via the "Track Order" section on our website.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Brume offers free standard delivery (3–5 business days) across India.

  • All orders ship from our facility in Odisha.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for global delivery updates.

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders are prepaid at checkout.

  • Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled.

  • Your order will be shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse. A shipping confirmation will be sent once dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once the tracking system confirms "Delivered", Brume is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Final Sale Items

  • All purchases made during sales or promotional events are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Brume reserves the right to alter or discontinue offers without prior notice.
