Order Processing

Processing Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

Finalization: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Kindly review your cart and shipping information before completing checkout.

Confirmation: You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after your purchase. If not received within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Product Availability & Refunds

On rare occasions, due to high demand, certain items may become unavailable even after your order is confirmed.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Brume offers free standard delivery (3–5 business days) across India.

All orders ship from our facility in Odisha.
International Shipping:

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are prepaid at checkout.

Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled.

Your order will be shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse. A shipping confirmation will be sent once dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the tracking system confirms "Delivered", Brume is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Final Sale Items

All purchases made during sales or promotional events are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
