Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing may be delayed in case of high order volume, product availability issues, or payment verification.

Note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.


2. Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at care.team@brume.in.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order through the tracking link provided.

4. Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or location constraints.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will also be shown at checkout.

6. Product Availability

  • In rare cases, due to high demand, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.
  • If this occurs, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items must be fully paid at checkout.
  • Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Orders will be shipped once the product is available in stock.

8. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
  • If your package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Brume is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
  • Customers are advised to ensure a secure delivery location.

10. Delays

  • While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • Brume is not liable for such delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
